Physician Responsibilities
Outpatient Primary Care
Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult and senior patients in a modern outpatient clinic setting.
Chronic Disease Management
Manage conditions including:
- Diabetes
- Hypertension
- COPD
- Hyperlipidemia
- Coronary Artery Disease
- Congestive Heart Failure
Preventive Medicine
Perform annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, medication management, and patient education designed to improve long-term health outcomes.
Team-Based Care
Collaborate with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, care coordinators, and support staff to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
Qualifications
- MD or DO Degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active Florida Medical License or Eligibility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
