A growing value-based care medical group in Holiday, Florida is seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join its outpatient team. This position focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to the Medicare Advantage population.

Average 12–16 patients per day

Team-based support staff
Physician Responsibilities
-
Provide outpatient primary care and continuity of care
-
Perform comprehensive health assessments
-
Develop and communicate individualized care plans
-
Diagnose and manage chronic conditions in older adults
-
Lead within a collaborative, team-based model
-
Coordinate care to minimize unnecessary testing and fragmented services
-
Maintain compliance with Florida scope-of-practice regulations
Ideal Candidate

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
