Whether you are a seasoned physician or a resident finishing training, this role offers the flexibility of an employment model or solo-private practice. Abilene serves a 24-county regional draw of 400,000 people, ensuring a robust patient base from day one.
Competitive Physician Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed Salary: At least $527,379 in Year 1 + lucrative incentive program.
- Sign-On Support: $45,000 sign-on bonus (includes relocation assistance).
- Financial Incentives: Potential student loan repayment and monthly training stipends (up to 24 months).

Candidate Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Otolaryngology.
