Inpatient Psychiatry Opportunity – Champaign, IL
The Pavilion Behavioral Health System is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join its inpatient behavioral health team in Champaign, IL.
This is a full-time employed position with a weekday-only schedule, offering strong compensation, leadership opportunities, and a manageable patient volume.
Position Highlights

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and admissions
- Provide daily patient care and rounding
- Manage treatment plans and medication
- Lead and participate in treatment team meetings
- Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and support teams

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Active Illinois medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Interest in adolescent inpatient psychiatry preferred
- No 2026 fellows accepted through third-party firms
- Not eligible for PSLF loan repayment program
