Primary Care NP Opportunity – Tampa Bay Area
A physician-led, rapidly growing primary care group in Eastern and Southern Hillsborough County is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join its established outpatient team in Brandon and Sun City Center, FL.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
- Manage acute and chronic conditions in adult patients
- Perform Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs)
- Develop individualized care plans
- Interpret labs and diagnostic testing
- Coordinate care with specialists and care teams
- Maintain compliance with CMS quality measures (HEDIS, STAR ratings)
Qualifications
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (Family NP or Adult-Gerontology NP)
- Active Florida license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in primary care or value-based care preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compensation & Benefits
💰 Base Salary: $110,000 – $130,000+
💰 Quarterly production + quality bonuses
