A well-established, physician-led medical group in New Port Richey, Florida is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to assume an established outpatient patient panel following a physician retirement.

Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities
Outpatient Primary Care
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to an adult and geriatric Medicare Advantage population in a value-based care setting.
Chronic Disease Management
Develop individualized treatment plans and manage chronic illnesses including diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and cardiovascular disease.
Team-Based Care
Collaborate closely with advanced practice providers, care coordinators, specialists, and experienced support staff to improve patient outcomes and preventive care initiatives.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate EMR documentation and comply with Florida medical practice regulations and organizational quality standards.
Qualifications
- MD or DO required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in:
- Internal Medicine (IM)
- Family Medicine (FM)
- Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain
- Interest in value-based primary care and senior-focused medicine
- Strong communication and patient-centered care skills
