Position Overview
A growing, physician-led medical group serving the Ft. Myers and Cape Coral communities is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join its expanding outpatient team. This is a relationship-based, value-driven practice focused on adult and senior Medicare Advantage patients.
Important — Cape Coral Expansion: Due to ongoing construction of the new Cape Coral clinic, the physician will practice exclusively in Ft. Myers during the first year. Once the Cape Coral location opens the schedule transitions to:
✔ 3 days per week in Ft. Myers ✔ 2 days per week in Cape Coral
This is an opportunity to be part of a growing practice from the ground up — and to serve as one of the founding physicians in the new Cape Coral location.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No overnight call — ever
- No weekends, no holidays
- 100% outpatient — no hospital rounding
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $240,000 – $300,000 annually

Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult and senior Medicare Advantage patients
- Manage chronic conditions with preventive care and quality metrics focus
- Conduct Annual Wellness Visits
- Apply HEDIS measures within a value-based care model
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
- MD or DO — Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain
- Bilingual — Spanish fluency required
- Interest in Medicare Advantage and value-based care
- Strong patient care and communication skills
