Overview
A brand-new, single-physician value-based care clinic in Leesburg, Florida is seeking an experienced, autonomous Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) or ACN-licensed physician to lead its local expansion. This is a 100% outpatient position designed for a clinician who prioritizes high-quality, patient-centered care over daily volume quotas.
This standalone clinic focuses on long-term health outcomes and chronic disease management for the local senior population. As the sole provider, you will have true clinical autonomy, zero hospital politics, and a dedicated, team-based clinical support staff to manage patient flow.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality primary care, annual wellness exams, and continuity of care to an adult/geriatric panel.
- Autonomously diagnose, treat, and manage complex chronic conditions within a Medicare Advantage model.
- Lead and coordinate the clinical team to facilitate a structured plan of care and prevent fragmented services.
- Maintain clear, precise compliance records in alignment with Florida Board of Medicine scope-of-practice regulations.
Ideal Candidate Requirements
- License: Active, unrestricted Florida Medical License (MD, DO, or ACN welcome).
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of independent primary care or internal medicine experience required (to succeed in a single-physician startup environment).
- Language Skills: Bilingual fluency in Spanish is highly desired (nice-to-have), but not a strict requirement.
- Clinical Focus: Passion for senior care, preventative wellness, and value-based medicine models.
