A physician-led, value-based care organization is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Primary Care Physician to join its growing outpatient practice in beautiful Pinellas Park, Florida.

The practice serves an adult and senior Medicare Advantage population with an emphasis on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and improving long-term patient outcomes.

Practice Environment

This practice is designed to allow physicians to focus on patient care rather than patient volume.

Providers typically see a manageable number of patients per day, allowing time to:

• Build meaningful patient relationships
• Manage chronic conditions effectively
• Focus on preventive medicine
• Improve quality outcomes
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams

You’ll work alongside experienced physicians, APPs, care coordinators, and support staff dedicated to providing exceptional care to the Medicare Advantage population.

Qualifications

✅ MD or DO

✅ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

✅ Active Florida Medical License (or ability to obtain)

✅ Primary Care Experience Preferred

✅ Value-Based Care or Medicare Advantage Experience a Plus
