Position Overview
A growing, physician-led managed care organization in Deltona, Florida is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician for a full-time outpatient primary care position. This is a 100% outpatient, value-based care role focused on adult and geriatric Medicare Advantage patients — Monday through Friday, no overnight call, no weekends, no holidays.

Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No overnight call — ever
- No weekends, no holidays
- 100% outpatient — no hospital rounding
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $240,000 – $300,000 annually

Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult and geriatric Medicare Advantage patients
- Manage chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, COPD, and cardiovascular disease
- Conduct Annual Wellness Visits
- Apply HEDIS quality measures within a value-based care model
- Develop individualized care plans with multidisciplinary team support
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible — Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain
- Interest in value-based care and Medicare Advantage population medicine
- Managed care experience preferred but not required
