A Primary Care Physician opportunity is available in beautiful Naples, Florida, offering a $250,000–$300,000 annual base salary, full benefits, and a Monday–Friday schedule.

This practice follows a Value-Based Care model and has a small clinical team consisting of one other physician and one Advanced Practice Provider (APP) in the office.

The position is designed for physicians who value quality patient care, chronic disease management, preventive medicine, and meaningful patient relationships.

This is a non-ACN practice model.

Responsibilities

The Primary Care Physician will provide comprehensive outpatient care, including:

• Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating adult patients
• Managing chronic medical conditions
• Providing preventive care and health maintenance
• Developing individualized treatment plans
• Coordinating care with the clinical team
• Supporting quality outcomes and evidence-based medicine
• Building long-term relationships with patients
• Supporting appropriate utilization of healthcare services
• Contributing to care coordination and chronic disease management within a Value-Based Care environment

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Eligible for Florida medical licensure
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered primary care
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Interest in preventive medicine and Value-Based Care

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual base salary of $250,000–$300,000
