We are currently seeking a full-time, primary care physician to join our team in Jubilee Centre
Centre, Alabama. Our medical practice is dedicated to delivering high-quality, value-based care to our patients while maintaining cost-efficiency. As a company founded by physicians, we have established a robust support system that enables our providers to concentrate exclusively on patient care.

Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm with rotating and flexible on-call schedules. There is an average daily volume of 12-16 patients. The practice uses eClinical Works and partnering programs for ease of use.
They emphasize continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention, collaborating with patients and families to manage a Medicare Advantage population with multiple comorbidities. Our integrated team-based approach aims to improve patient outcomes by addressing their needs and preferences.
They prioritize preventative care and proactive chronic condition management to enhance patient outcomes, reduce costs, and increase revenue. Providers should be comfortable managing a primarily Medicare-aged population.
