The Opportunity: Medicine Without the Burnout
Are you tired of the high-volume “hamster wheel”? We are expanding our premier Value-Based Care team in Tuscaloosa, AL, and seeking a Board-Certified/Eligible FM or IM Physician who values deep patient relationships over raw volume.
True 40-Hour Week: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. No weekends, no holidays, no hospital rounds.
Protected Time: A daily census of just 12–16 patients, allowing you the autonomy to manage complex care without rushing.
The Location: Rapidly growing Tuscaloosa, AL, offers the best of—world-class outdoor activities, top-tier schools.
The Financial Package:
Base Salary: $240,000 – $300,000 (commensurate with experience).
Immediate Liquidity: Relocation Support.
Time Off: 3 weeks’ vacation + 1 week dedicated CME leave (with $2,500 annual reimbursement).

Clinical Focus:
As a Primary Care lead, you will focus on outpatient continuity of care and health maintenance within an established, expanding clinic. This is a permanent role designed for long-term professional satisfaction and community impact.
Must be Internal Medicine/Family Medicine.
