About This Opportunity
A brand new value-based care clinic opening September 21, 2026 in Norman, Oklahoma is seeking a strong, experienced Value-Based Care Physician (MD or DO) to be the founding provider of this exciting new practice.
This is a rare ground-floor opportunity. You will not be stepping into someone else’s practice — you will be building something from the ground up. As the solo provider for the foreseeable future, you will have complete clinical autonomy, the ability to set the culture and standards of care, and the satisfaction of watching a practice grow around your leadership.

Schedule & Practice Details
- Clinic Opening: September 21, 2026 — start date needed before opening
- Setting: Brand new solo outpatient value-based care clinic
- Model: Value-based care / Medicare Advantage

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 annually, based on experience

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Adult Primary Care
- Active Oklahoma medical license or eligibility to obtain
- DEA registration
- Minimum 2–3 years value-based care or Medicare Advantage experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to practice independently as a solo provider
- Entrepreneurial mindset — excited about building something new
- Strong patient relationship skills and clinical decision-making ability
- Available to start before September 21, 2026 — clinic opening is fixed
