About This Opportunity
A well-established solo outpatient practice in Plant City, Florida is seeking a strong, experienced Value-Based Care Physician to join and lead their adult patient community.
This is not a high-volume assembly-line practice. This is an opportunity to practice medicine the way it was meant to be — with time, purpose, and a genuine focus on patient outcomes over patient volume. You will step into an established practice with an existing adult patient panel and a community that genuinely needs you.

Schedule & Practice Details
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Patient Volume: 12–16 adult patients per day — adults only, no pediatrics
- Setting: Solo outpatient value-based care practice
- Model: Value-based care / Medicare Advantage focus
- No weekends. No holidays. No on-call requirements.
- Established adult patient panel — step in and practice from day one
- Immediate need — replacement position, prompt start preferred

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 annually, based on experience

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Adult Primary Care
- Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain
- DEA registration
- Experience in value-based care or Medicare Advantage preferred
- Strong clinical decision-making with a patient-centered approach
- Ability to start promptly — immediate need
