About This Opportunity
A solo outpatient practice in Titusville, Florida is seeking a strong, experienced Value-Based Care Physician to join a growing patient panel and lead the practice going forward.
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a practice with real momentum — a growing patient panel, an established value-based care model already in place, and a community that is expanding rapidly along Florida’s Space Coast.
The right physician will bring confidence, experience, and a genuine passion for patient relationships. You will be the physician of record and the clinical leader — with the autonomy to practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced.

Schedule & Practice Details
- Setting: Solo outpatient value-based care practice
- Model: Value-based care / Medicare Advantage
- Patient Panel: Growing panel — strong opportunity to build lasting patient relationships
- Practice Structure: Solo physician office
- Schedule: Monday through Friday — specific hours provided upon inquiry
- No weekends. No holidays. No on-call requirements.
- Immediate need — prompt start preferred

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 annually, based on experience

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Adult Primary Care
- ACN physicians welcome and encouraged to apply
- Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain
- DEA registration
- Value-based care or Medicare Advantage experience required
- Proven ability to practice independently in a solo or small practice setting
- Strong clinical decision-making and patient relationship skills
- Passion for building long-term patient relationships in a growing community
- Ability to start promptly — immediate need
