Primary Care Physician – Value-Based Care (Outpatient / No Call)

Overview

• • Manageable Daily Census: Average of 12–16 patients per day to allow for relationship-based medicine.
  • Clinical Autonomy: Run a single-physician office setting with zero corporate oversight or hospital politics.
  • Rigid Work-Life Balance: Stable Monday through Friday schedule. No weekends, no holidays, and absolute zero on-call requirements.
  • Licensure Flexibility: Active Florida Medical License required (MD, DO, or ACN welcome and encouraged to apply).

• • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Adult Primary Care.
  • Previous clinical experience within a Value-Based Care or Medicare Advantage framework is required.
  • Proven capability to manage an autonomous, independent clinical practice environment.

• • Guaranteed base salary of $250,000 – $300,000 annually, scaled to experience.
