A growing, physician-led healthcare organization in Pensacola, FL is actively hiring for multiple outpatient value-based care positions due to continued patient growth and expanding senior-focused services.
Current Openings:
- Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) – Established Primary Care Office
- Primary Care Physician OR APP (NP/PA) – Additional Outpatient Clinic
These are high-demand practices with established patient panels. Candidates with prior value-based care, primary care, geriatrics, or Medicare Advantage experience are strongly preferred.

Position Highlights

Ideal Candidates
Physicians
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Florida license or eligibility required
APPs
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Active Florida license or eligibility required
- Primary care or value-based care experience preferred
Experience Preferred
