An established behavioral health clinic in southeastern Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Board-Certified Adult Psychiatrist to serve as Medical Director for its Adult Inpatient and Partial Hospital Program (PHP).
This is an outstanding opportunity for a psychiatrist who enjoys combining clinical practice with leadership responsibilities. You’ll lead a collaborative behavioral health team while maintaining a manageable patient caseload in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

- On-Site Practice
- Average Patient Caseload: 16 Patients Per Day
- Supervision and Collaboration with PMHNPs
- Strong Administrative & Clinical Leadership Support
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adult patients.
- Lead the Adult Inpatient and Partial Hospital Program (PHP).
- Provide clinical leadership to the behavioral health team.
- Supervise Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs).
- Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives.
- Help maintain high standards of patient care and clinical excellence.

Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified in Psychiatry
- Eligible for Pennsylvania Medical License
- Leadership or Medical Director experience preferred
- Experience supervising PMHNPs is a plus
