About This Opportunity
A growing solo outpatient practice in Parrish, Florida is seeking a strong, experienced Value-Based Care Physician to take ownership of an established patient panel and lead the practice going forward.
This is a brand new opening as of this week — and the right physician will step into a practice that already has momentum. With an established panel of 100 patients and a value-based care model already in place, you will not be starting from scratch. You will be stepping into a community that is ready for you.
⭐ Experience is Essential for This Role
This is a solo practice position — you will be the physician of record and the clinical leader for the foreseeable future. The right candidate brings proven value-based care or Medicare Advantage experience and the confidence to practice independently in a community setting. This is not an entry-level opportunity.
Schedule & Practice Details
- Schedule: Monday through Friday — specific hours provided upon inquiry
- Setting: Solo outpatient value-based care practice
- Model: Value-based care / Medicare Advantage
- Patient Panel: 100 established adult patients — ready from day one
- Practice Structure: Solo physician office for the foreseeable future
- No weekends. No holidays. No on-call requirements.
- New opening as of August 2026 — immediate start preferred

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 annually, based on experience

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain
- DEA registration
- Minimum 3+ years value-based care or Medicare Advantage experience required
- Proven ability to practice independently in a solo or small practice setting
- Strong clinical decision-making and patient relationship skills
- Ability to start promptly — immediate need
