Job Overview
A growing, physician-led healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Float Primary Care Provider to support multiple outpatient clinics throughout the Northeast Orlando region.
This role will provide coverage across clinics located in:
- Deltona, FL
- DeLand, FL
- Altamonte Springs, FL
- Sanford, FL
Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient environment and adapting to different clinic teams and patient populations. Because this is a floating provider position, prior primary care or value-based care experience is strongly preferred.
Providers must reside within or near the coverage area due to regular travel between offices.

Responsibilities
Outpatient Patient Care
Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and geriatric patients in a value-based care setting.
Float Coverage
Travel between assigned clinic locations to support provider coverage, patient continuity, and operational needs.
Chronic Disease Management
Manage conditions including hypertension, diabetes, COPD, cardiovascular disease, and preventive care initiatives.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with physicians, APPs, care coordinators, and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Qualifications
Accepted Provider Types
- MD or DO
- Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Physician Assistant (PA)
Requirements
- Active Florida medical license or eligibility
- Minimum primary care experience preferred
- Comfortable working independently across multiple clinic environments
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must live within the Northeast Orlando coverage area
