A well-established, physician-led managed care group in Wauchula, Florida is seeking a Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join its growing outpatient team.

This role focuses on high-quality, patient-centered care for an adult Medicare / Medicare Advantage population, emphasizing quality outcomes, preventive care, and strong work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care
• Manage chronic conditions (HTN, diabetes, COPD, etc.)
• Focus on preventive care and Medicare quality metrics (HEDIS)
• Develop and manage individualized care plans
• Collaborate with care teams and specialists
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation

Qualifications

• MD or DO required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Open to ACN-certified physicians
• Active Florida license (or ability to obtain)
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Managed care experience preferred
