Multiple Outpatient Openings – Value-Based Care
A growing, physician-led healthcare organization in Pensacola, Florida is actively seeking Primary Care Physicians (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join its expanding outpatient value-based care team due to continued patient growth and increased demand for senior-focused primary care services.
These are established outpatient practices with mature patient panels and strong clinical support systems already in place.
Physicians with prior experience in:
- Primary Care
- Medicare Advantage
- Value-Based Care
- Geriatric Medicine
- Chronic Disease Management

About the Practice

- and collaborative leadership focused on improving both patient outcomes and provider satisfaction.
Daily patient schedules remain manageable while emphasizing preventive medicine, continuity of care, and chronic disease management.

Qualifications
- MD or DO required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in:
- Internal Medicine (IM)
- Family Medicine (FM)
- Active Florida license or eligibility required

- Strong communication and patient-centered care skills
