Salary: $240,000–$300,000 Base Salary + Performance Incentives

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

A physician-led healthcare organization in Naples, Florida is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a growing outpatient primary care practice serving adult and senior patients.

Physician Responsibilities
Outpatient Primary Care
Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult and senior patients in a modern outpatient clinic setting.
Chronic Disease Management
Manage and coordinate treatment plans for:
- Diabetes
- Hypertension
- COPD
- Heart Disease
- Hyperlipidemia
Preventive Medicine
Perform annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, and health maintenance services designed to improve long-term patient outcomes.
Collaborative Care Model
Work closely with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, care coordinators, and support staff to deliver patient-centered care.
Qualifications
- MD or DO Degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active Florida Medical License or Eligibility
- Strong interest in outpatient primary care
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
