Physician Responsibilities

Outpatient Primary Care

Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult and senior patients in a modern outpatient setting focused on preventive medicine and chronic disease management.

Chronic Disease Management

Manage conditions including:

  • Diabetes
  • Hypertension
  • Congestive Heart Failure
  • COPD
  • Hyperlipidemia
  • Coronary Artery Disease

Preventive Care

Perform annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, medication management, and population health initiatives designed to improve patient outcomes.

Team-Based Care

Collaborate with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, care coordinators, and clinical support staff to provide coordinated, patient-centered healthcare.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO Degree
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Active Florida Medical License or Eligibility
  • Strong interest in outpatient primary care
  • Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
