Physician Responsibilities

Outpatient Primary Care

Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and senior patients in a modern outpatient clinic setting.

Chronic Disease Management

Manage common medical conditions including:

  • Diabetes
  • Hypertension
  • COPD
  • Coronary Artery Disease
  • Hyperlipidemia
  • Congestive Heart Failure

Preventive Medicine

Perform annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, medication management, and patient education focused on improving long-term health outcomes.

Team-Based Care

Collaborate with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, care coordinators, and support staff to provide coordinated, patient-centered healthcare.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO Degree
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
