Physician Responsibilities

Outpatient Primary Care

Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and senior patients in a modern outpatient setting focused on preventive medicine and chronic disease management.

Chronic Disease Management

Manage common medical conditions including:

  • Diabetes
  • Hypertension
  • COPD
  • Coronary Artery Disease
  • Hyperlipidemia

Preventive Care & Wellness

Perform annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, and health maintenance services designed to improve long-term patient outcomes.

Team-Based Healthcare

Collaborate with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, care coordinators, and clinical staff to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO Degree
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Active Florida Medical License or Eligibility
  • Strong interest in outpatient primary care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
