Physician Responsibilities

Outpatient Primary Care

Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult and senior patients in a modern outpatient clinic focused on long-term patient relationships and continuity of care.

Chronic Disease Management

Manage common conditions including:

  • Diabetes
  • Hypertension
  • COPD
  • Hyperlipidemia
  • Heart Disease
  • Obesity

Preventive Medicine

Perform annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, medication management, and evidence-based healthcare interventions.

Team-Based Care

Collaborate with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, care coordinators, and support staff to improve patient outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO Degree
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Active Florida Medical License or Eligibility
