A physician-led healthcare organization in West Palm Beach, Florida is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient primary care practice serving adult and senior patient populations.

This opportunity offers physicians the ability to build long-term patient relationships while practicing in a value-based care environment focused on quality outcomes, preventive medicine, and patient satisfaction.

Physician Responsibilities

Outpatient Primary Care

Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and senior patients in a modern outpatient setting with manageable daily patient volumes.

Chronic Disease Management

Develop and implement treatment plans for:

  • Diabetes
  • Hypertension
  • Heart Disease
  • COPD
  • Hyperlipidemia

Preventive Care

Focus on annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, patient education, and population health initiatives.

Collaborative Team Environment

Work alongside experienced nurse practitioners, physician assistants, care coordinators, and support staff dedicated to improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO Degree
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Active Florida Medical License or Eligibility
  • Commitment to patient-centered care
  • Strong communication and clinical skills
