Physician Responsibilities
Outpatient Primary Care
Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and senior patients in a modern outpatient setting focused on continuity of care and long-term patient relationships.
Chronic Disease Management
Manage and coordinate care for:
- Diabetes
- Hypertension
- COPD
- Coronary Artery Disease
- Hyperlipidemia
- Heart Failure
Preventive Medicine
Perform annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, medication management, and patient education initiatives designed to improve overall health outcomes.
Team-Based Care
Work closely with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, care coordinators, and clinical support staff to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
Qualifications
- MD or DO Degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active Florida Medical License or Eligibility
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
